The Manila Zoological and Botanical Garden, also known as the Manila Zoo, will be open every day at 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 6 p.m. cutoff.

Residents of Manila must pay P150 for entrance; students must pay P100. The admission cost is P300 for non-residents and P200 for students. Senior citizens and people with disabilities also receive a 20 percent discount. Children under the age of two are admitted free. A butterfly garden, a botanical garden, and an animal museum have been added to the zoo.

More than 550 exotic wildlife specimens, including 13 species of mammals, 38 species of birds, and 21 species of reptiles, call the Manila Zoo home according to the zoo’s website.
